Why parents choose Mosaic
Most families visiting us are comparing three or four nurseries within a ten-minute radius. These are the points that come up again and again when parents explain why they chose Mosaic — and the ones we would want to know about, too.
One adult to five toddlers, and no group larger than twenty-two anywhere in the nursery. Small groups are the reason a key person can genuinely notice how your child is doing, rather than how the room is doing.
Every child has one named practitioner who greets them, changes them, sits with them at lunch and writes their learning journal. We change key people as rarely as we can, and you have their name before your child's first morning.
The Creative Curriculum gives our team a research-backed structure for planning and implementation. A lot of independent self-learning approach built on philosophy of each child is different and learn differently. Children still spend the morning choosing, building and negotiating.
Photographs from the day and a short note from the teacher on how the day went reach your phone through our parent app before you leave the office. Your child's key person also messages you directly whenever something is worth saying.
We are on the first floor of Fortune Executive Tower in Cluster T, opposite Sobha Realty Metro Station, with covered visitor parking and a shaded drop-off point. Most of our families live or work in JLT, Dubai Marina, JBR or Business Bay.

Send us two or three weekday mornings that suit you. We confirm by WhatsApp within one business day, usually the same afternoon. Bring your child — most of them end up playing.
You’ll have the opportunity to see our classrooms, sleep room and playroom, with our Nursery Manager there to welcome you and show you around.We’re happy to answer your questions and talk you through how the centre works, from your child’s daily routine to learning, meals and rest.
If a place is available, we introduce you to the practitioner who would be your child's named key person, and finish with time for your questions about fees, ratios and settling in.
Our learning philosophy
A room of twenty three-year-olds contains twenty different children, some of whom are nearly four and some of whom were two last month. Planning for the average of that group serves almost nobody. So our practitioners plan for the environment and then for individual children within it, which is slower to write down and considerably more useful.

Our curriculum
The Creative Curriculum plans in studies — six-week investigations of something children can touch and test: buildings, water, wheels, light, the market. Children build skills across the learning areas through each study.

Mosaic occupies the first floor of Fortune Executive Tower in Cluster T, Jumeirah Lake Towers. The tower sits directly opposite Sobha Realty Metro Station on the Red Line, which was previously named DAMAC Properties — a six-minute walk, mostly under cover.
Places for the 2026–27 year
The best way to choose a nursery is to stand in the room while it is being used. Tours run on weekday mornings, take about forty minutes, and always finish with time for your questions — no sales pitch, no obligation.
